We sell whole beans only to protect aroma and flavor. For best results, grind just before brewing. That way, you’ll notice a richer aroma and a cleaner, bolder finish in every cup.

Use these as starting points, then adjust slightly to taste. If your brewer drains too fast, go finer; if it drains too slow, go coarser. Likewise, if the cup tastes bitter, back off a touch; if it tastes flat or thin, tighten the grind a bit.
